DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains brand identities in all artwork produced
Provides video and still content for all marketing channels
Produces artwork for packaging and all components including manuals, warranty cards, literature, and advertisements
Records field and studio audio/video for training, instructional, sales, and marketing videos
Photographs products for advertisements, manuals, catalogs, and other marketing materials
Performs post-production work including editing, sound recording, dubbing and other special effects
Manages studio space and associated equipment
Coordinates scheduling of productions, including talent, equipment and other resources as needed
Supports and manages outside video and photo production
Records and edits quality control videos as needed
Develops and maintains a strong product knowledge of company products including safe handling techniques
Produces artwork and layouts for multiple catalogs, signs, trade shows, and advertisements
Maintains and organizes digital and physical files for produced artwork and photo database
Corresponds with customers and vendors for image and copy needs
Maintains trade show booth and graphics updates
Attends shows, shooting competitions and other events.
Special projects and other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL SETS:
BA degree preferred or combination of education and experience providing technical knowledge in graphic design, videography, and photography.
Knowledge and experience in all aspects of video, photo and audio production and post-production. Including, but not limited to client contact, scripting, voice work, lighting design and implementation, audio design and working knowledge of microphones and techniques, digital video production techniques, video composition, studio production, studio set design, lighting and production.
Expert computer skills including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications. Ability and desire to stay up-to-date with software releases.
Post-production experience including, but not limited to nonlinear and linear editing, audio post-production, computer graphics, voice work and soundtrack creation. DVD authoring and duplication experience required.
Knowledge and familiarity with multiple camera platforms and lens combinations, location and studio lighting, studio and field audio capture and editing, familiarity and experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent organizational skills required with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with limited supervision.
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
