**Job Descriptions**:
- Build and maintain a good relationship with customers / tenants
- Carry out service activities for the needs and complaints of tenants or counter owners so that tenant relations operations can be carried out properly and effectively
- Carry out handover activities / BAST for new tenants and tenants who have expired
- Responsible for controlling the kiosk
- Designing promotional media with creative ideas for ITC development
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree any major
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Customer Relation in retail or shopping center
- Have the ability to create promotional content for tenants on multi social media platforms
- Used to working with predefined deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate (Ms.Office)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Innovative, discipline, honest, diligent & have integrity
- Willing to be placed in ITC Mangga Dua, Central Jakarta
