Cr/Tr Section Head - Bsd

**Job Descriptions**:

- Carry out all activities and marketing communication strategies both event advertising and social media and others related to marketing and promotion
- Make planning and budget marketing events and promotions
- Create events according to tenant and business needs
- Ensure visitor and tenant satisfaction in accordance with the company's KPI targets
- Handle visitor and tenant complaints
- Handle outsourcing or third parties in each project
- Able to work together and coordinate with the team
- Handle administrative tasks related to lease agreements and cooperation agreements
- Ensure all activities and work are in accordance with SOPs related to Communication and tenant relationships

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Minimum 3 - 5 years or working experience as leasing/marketing/casual leasing (Preferred from Mall & Hospitality background)
- Experience & knowledge in dealing with tenants and planning exhibition activities
- Computer literate (Ms. Office)
- Creative, innovative thinking, excellent communication skill
- Willing to be placed in BSD City
