Country Manager

As a leader, you will be expected to do the following:
**Roles and responsibilities**

**Operations and space management**
- Work with Location Managers and the community team to ensure that all locations are run successfully and efficiently, and are in top condition
- Coordinate with the People team to track each location's individual progress and performance based on the Evaluation and Assessment metrics
- Ensure, resolve and improve different locations and that all issues are fixed in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Oversee all maintenance issues

**Sales and enquiries**
- Work with the Community team and Sales department to ensure tours and sales are conducted in the most compelling way
- Work together with the Marketing Team to develop sales strategies, and ensure proper execution
- Build, develop and maintain relationships with brokers, members and potential new landlords
- Ensure quarterly Membership Targets & Revenues are achieved
- Ensure Sales Pipeline and Occupancy Chart are up to date and complete
- Take charge of large deals and lead by example

**Events and community building**
- Develop and expand Community Partnerships in a range of industries
- Attend networking events and be the face of the company
- Drive and inspire the team to be active on the Community News Slack group and to come up with new, fresh and interesting content social media content
- Work with the team and Events to inspire and drive the planning, execution and monitoring of events and workshops across all locations

**Admin and finance**
- Review P&L for all locations, and make recommendations for improving revenue, and reducing costs
- Work closely together with Business Admin and Accounting personnel to ensure that all bills are posted on time, and all payments are applied to invoices
- Produce and submit a monthly Manager/P&L reports
- Ensure all documents, manuals, contact details are updated
- Ensure Aged Receivables are chased and that late payments are followed up in a timely manner to ensure our Aged Receivables remains at a minimum

**Team management**
- Oversee team performance, happiness and achievements and bring to the attention of the management team any high-performers and/or team issues
- Identify the team's training needs and suggest to the People team as required
- Keep track on the team's ongoing progress

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years experience in a managerial capacity - experience within startups, coworking or related companies and industries will be an advantage
- University degree holder preferred, but not required
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Prior customer service, sales and operational experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of P&L and reporting measures is a MUST
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- Polished personal presentation and communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure and fast thinking
- Attention to detail and plenty of initiative
- Must demonstrate core values of integrity, dependability, self-awareness, excellent work ethic, and empathy for others around them
