About the Country Manager Role:
In this role, you will drive the overall business strategy and entire operations for the company's Jakarta office.
Key Responsibilities:
Align and drive the overall business strategy
Strategise and execute business development strategy
Maintain and develop relationships with other financial institutions, government bodies and industry experts
Maintain daily operations
Develop and maintain initiatives which creates a sense of belonging among employees
Develop and nurture the team by empowering and implementing the company culture
Improve brand awareness and scaling up the business
Manage various stakeholders for both internal and external purposes
To succeed in this Country Manager role, you will need to have solid experience in leading large teams and running operations in a start-up setting (dynamic and fast-paced).
Key Requirements:
More than 10 years' experience in retail banking, digital banking and/or financial technology
Demonstrated leadership capability with problem-solving and growth mindset
In-depth understanding about consumer behaviour, consumer journey and CRM
Experience in leading series B-funding onwards is a huge advantage
Ability to adapt and adopt changes under a dynamic environment
Strong negotiation skills and strong business acumen
