**Country Lead - Jakarta, Indonesia**:

- Introduce Globale Media products to potential ID App Advertisers.
- Represent Globale Media at various industry events & seminars.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from initial reach-out to commercial agreements.
- Own and oversee new customers' on-boarding process and lead them to a successful partnership.
- Manage long term trusted relationships, advice and consult your customers on a regular basis, create a win-win partnership.
- Cross/up-sell on-boarded customers.
**Requirements**:

- 3+ years' experience in sales in Indonesia - must.
- 3+ years' experience in the mobile Adtech industry - must.
- Contacts and a strong network of direct advertisers & agencies - must.
- Experience with ad sales for performance advertising
- must.
- Knowledge of traffic analytics services - AppMetrica, Adjust, Appsflyer, MyTracker - must.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills, able to present complex data clearly and professionally
- must.
- Excellent negotiation skills - must
- Working experience in an advertising agency, in a brand or own experience in traffic arbitrage in ID - Advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent - Advantage.
