hadros Recruitment is partnered with an international Renewable Energy development firm that is looking for a Country Head to join their rapidly expanding team in Indonesia to further develop and expand their portfolio of Renewable Energy assets across the country.
**Responsibilities**:
- Evaluate project opportunities to determine commercial viability, determining whether to invest in the projects from both a technical and business perspective.
- Work closely with internal regional stakeholders to oversee the investment process.
- Manage and grow the country's Business Development team
- Oversee and manage multiple project development processes from conceptualization to financial close, ensuring that projects are secured and delivered on a timely basis
- Negotiate commercial terms to secure and deliver renewable energy projects across the country.
- Ensure internal processes are in compliance with the Group's policies
- Ensure the growth of the company by following strict financial and hiring KPIs set by the Group
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as off-takers, land owners, contractors and suppliers to ensure that the Company's projects are successful
**Requirements**:
- At least 10 years of experience developing complex renewable energy, power or large infrastructure projects in Asia, ideally within Indonesia
- Must have a track record of successfully developing a pipeline of projects (Greenfield or M&A)
- Must have prior experience as a Senior Manager, managing and developing a team of project developers
- Travelling is required for this role
