**Role Description**

You will be a part of a year-long development program designed to foster the professional growth of fresh graduates in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility.
As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our organization's social impact initiatives while gaining invaluable insights into the intricate world of internal audit processes.
**Qualifications**
- Degree in any field
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferable
- Knowledge of rules and regulations governing Charities; CSR best practices will be an advantage
- Interest in managing relationships, networks, and diverse teams that include a diverse group of people representative of the public and private sectors, community-based organizations, nonprofits, and civic leaders, as well as program beneficiaries
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into simple, concise messages tailored for various audiences
