Corporate Secretary

Make MoM the meeting - Arrange travel and the accommodation if needed
- Manage data in spreadsheet and reports
- Organize and schedule meetings & events
- Assist other staff and delegate direction
- Assist in the execution of any legal documentation
- Create and maintain an updated list of PKS client and PoA
- Bachelor's degree in Law, management, administration or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in the Corporate Secretary division
- Understand the applicable laws and regulating the legality of the company
- Legal-writing skill in English is a must
- Excellent report writing, excel and power point skills
- Ability to manage documents and good time management
