LandX is an Equity Crowdfunding (ECF) platform licensed and supervised by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), which is open to the public to participate in funding startup companies and MSMEs (UMKM) as an investor.
We're aiming to help grow the Indonesian economy as well as increasing the financial literacy of Indonesian investors through safe and profitable investment.
Currently, we are looking for a talent to fill the following position:
**Corporate Partnership**

At LandX, Corporate Partnership provides project management support to collaborate with third parties for implementing both partnership program & product development.
- Propose recommended corporations on partnership programs and product development which impactful to both parties;
- Actively managing relationships with strategic partners to maximize revenue and developing internal product;
- Retaining and expanding connections within partner organizations to built relation;
- Facilitating the communication between company and third party;
- Collaboration with internal legal team to prepare MoU for third parties;
- Monitoring and ensuring the signed MoU is implemented properly;
- Playing a key role in partner contract negotiations and reviews;
- Take the role of a company representative.
**Qualifications**:

- Male/ Female;
- Diploma from any major;
- Min.
2 year experience in a similar role;
- Having at least one year of experience in project management on IT product collaboration;
- Familiar with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Miro, Redash, Tableau, and google suite;
- Have a great presentation skill is a must;
- Good communication and time management skills;
- Have a good attitude and teamwork;
- Willingness to quickly learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced and high demanding environment;
- Critical thinker with great problem-solving skill;
- Demonstrate a positive attitude in a professional team environment;
- Strong verbal communication skill to ensure a seamless cross-functional collaboration across internal team;
- A fast learner to absorb new knowledge in the equity crowdfunding business.

**Salary**: Rp8,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month
