Corporate Learning & Development Manager

Min. 5 years experience in training development programs from a hotel management company- Strong skills to implement various learning method hotel wide (e.g. coaching, seminars, online training, job-shadowing)- Able to plan and implement an effective training curriculum, modules & syllabus- Execute learning straegies and performance report analysis- Passionate about helping people learn and grow- Create and execute learning strategies and programs- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities- Review individual and organizational development needs- Track budgets and negotiate contracts- Hire and oversee training L&D Specialists- Willing to work in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
