About the Role To provide proactive and responsive corporate IT application support through maintenance and optimization of enterprise systems to ensure smooth business operations and support the achievement of strategic company objectives.
Responsibilities Analyze IT service issues based on business processes and company requirements to identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions.
Monitor and maintain corporate application system performance, conduct preventive maintenance, and manage updates to ensure optimal system availability and performance.
Respond to and resolve user support tickets related to corporate IT applications, prioritizing based on urgency level and impact on business operations.
Develop and provide user guides for systems or applications, and support users in the implementation and usage of enterprise applications.
Identify opportunities for corporate IT application system improvements and provide development recommendations aligned with business needs and current technology standards.
Manage corporate seat management, including setup, distribution, replacement, and maintenance of laptops, workstations, and other end-user devices according to business needs.
Document issues and solutions for corporate IT applications, and develop and implement standard procedures for application usage and management.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with minimum 3 years of experience in IT support.
Required Skills Expertise in distribution management (Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat), database administration (MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL), and performance monitoring tools (Grafana & Zabbix).
Proficient understanding of network infrastructure components including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy implementation, and PowerShell scripting for enterprise environment management.
Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrates key soft skills including commitment, collaboration, grit, and service excellence in delivering IT support services.
