About the roleWe are seeking a talented Corporate Communications Manager to join our growing team at PT.
ALPEN FOOD INDUSTRY' in North Jakarta, Jakarta.
This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in shaping the public image and reputation of our organization.
As the Corporate Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans that align with our company's overall objectives.What you'll be doingBuild and maintain strong relationships with government officials and trade associations to support business objectives.
Monitor regulatory updates, provide policy insights, and drive policy-supported projectsDevelop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that enhance corporate reputation, manage media relations, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channelsLead corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs, community initiatives, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen corporate goodwillCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and on-brand communicationsMonitor brand perception, identify potential risks, and execute crisis communication plans to safeguard the company's reputation.
Advise senior leadership on public affairs and regulatory issuesDevelop internal communication strategies that foster employee engagement and align with the company's vision, including leadership messaging and organizational updatesWhat we're looking forFluency in English OR Chinese is mandatoryBachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Journalism, PR, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in a corporate communications or public relations role, preferably within the public relations and government relations, preferably in regional or global rolesProven expertise in corporate branding, PR campaigns, CSR, and event managementStrong writing skills to produce press statements, annual reports, and online articles on company operations, events, and initiativesStrong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiencesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersStrategic thinker with experience in crisis communication and reputation managementAbility to oversee creative content and design direction across various media platformsWilling to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North JakartaWhat's your expected monthly basic salary?Which of the following types of qualifications do you have?How many years' experience do you have as a Corporate Communications Manager?How many years' of corporate communications experience do you have?Which of the following languages are you fluent in?How would you rate your English language skills?Are you available to travel for this role when required?Aice Group Holdings Pte Ltd was established in Singapore in May 2015.
