About the Corporate Communications Lead Role:
Reporting to the Director of Communications, you will be leading and growing the corporate communications capabilities in Indonesia, in support of our growing business footprint in this market.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the global communications team to build communications strategies that promote and enhance the corporate reputation
Design and execute corporate communications strategies that support business goals in the market
Develop and maintain strong media relationships and networks at a senior level
Work with teams across business units and functions to manage proactive and reactive communications efforts that protect and enhance our reputation in Indonesia
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 10 - 15 years of corporate communications experience, ideally with recent experience in a senior management role in-house in the internet industry or in an agency serving the industry.
Key Requirements:
Demonstrated strong judgement and experience in leading complex business-critical communications initiatives
Deep understanding and proven track record of building corporate communications programs that drive business success
Strong network of corporate media and industry contacts in Indonesia, and the skills to continue building a senior-level network
An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a hands-on environment, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Ability to react quickly to changing circumstances and deliver results in short timeframes
Experience working in multi-market and multicultural environments
