Corporate Communication Manager

Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization through internal and external communication.- Develops and implements policies and procedures for communicating on behalf of the organization that represents the corporate identity, and promotes and supports the organizations mission.- Oversees the workflow and work assignments of the communications team to ensure effective collaboration among team members and consistent, quality work.- Consult with executive management to develop effective communication procedures and polices for various situations- Responsible for handling various cases or crises or problems within the company- Responsible for maintaining the image, conveying the message and creating a good reputation- Determine strategic communications campaigns that will help further organizational goals- Lead the development of strategic communication to both internal and external stakeholders and maintain effective communications to boost corporate as well as brands image and reputation to the public, business partners, investor, and government.- Developing existing policies and SOP about problems pertaining corporate communication issues- Bachelor degree majoring in communications / public relation or related field- Experienced in the same role at least 5 years (corcomm / PR / marcomm, etc)- Experienced in investor relations- Experienced in handling PR and media relations- Experienced in internal communications- Preferably have experience as corporate communication manager in hospitality industry or similar business- Global/local mindset - Able to advance global goals by aligning local communication- Good Command in english ( both written and oral)- Placement : Bandung - West Java"Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
