Job Requirements:•Bachelor/Master degree in any law from notable university;•3 to 5 years experience managing transactional deals in law firm(s);• Experienced in infrastructure, M&A (banking/ insurance/ multifinance) and Energy (oil & gas, electricity) industries;• Excellent team player;•Excellent English speaking and written.
