Main responsibility is to handle marketing's spend and credit control area.**Reports to**:Sr. FMC Commercial Manager**Reporting Level**:Individual Contributor**Geographic Scope**:Local**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**:- Maintaining strong credit management approach throughout all the BAT business pillars, including robust approach for credit risk appetite in monthly sales plan discussion- Accurately forecasting cash inflow and supervise actualization ensuring good working capital management being established in "Order to Cash" areas. Closely reviewing customer payment schedule on timely basis to align with cash collection delivery- Build good relationships with the external (banking and customer), ensuring maximum support given to and from BAT and to provide insights on how to improve more in the cash management services areas- Giving improvements in the credit management areas, and implement projects related to make the credit areas more effective and efficient- In-charge of marketing fixed cost for the Company, including the budget discussion, and commercial conversation with the budget holders (marketing team), providing insights for a cost control management- Ensuring governance of marketing spend framework is being implemented in all marketing spend area- Monitoring and supervising actual spend vs budget in regular basis, discussing the utilization rate with the business partners, including the accurate recording in the right bucket and cost center/WBS as per finance framework.- Monthly reporting of the marketing fixed cost and it's rolling forecast into the Company's reporting tool (BPC)- Implementing SOX compliance (Sarbanes-Oxley) under the credit management area and marketing area**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**:- Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) or equivalent (preferable from accounting or finance) with minimum 3 years of work experience in accounting or finance positions.- Have professional qualification is preferable (CPA/CIMA)- Strong knowledge and understanding of FMCG business model (experienced as trade/sales finance business partner is an added advantage)- Strong knowledge & understanding of management reporting, IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and SOX compliance (Sarbanes-Oxley)- Strong & effective leadership while maintaining right level of attention to detail.- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.- Ability to work with all levels of staff and management across functions- Proactive and open to change & new insights.- Able to work in a disciplined and cohesive manner with the marketing team.**WE ARE BAT**:At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
