Controlling, Senior Manager
Reporting directly to the Site Finance Director, the successful incumbent will be responsible in analyzing and review actual cost spending for the manufacturing site.
?
Principal accountabilities/Main tasks:
Lead business/management accounting in order to provide necessary information to internal senior stake holders.
Lead all the FS (P&L, Capex etc.) Budgeting (including Medium Term Plan & Forecasting) & Reporting process, e.g. to provide monthly reporting on all the Company?s performance (P&L & Capex Budget vs Actuals) to all Internal (Directors).
Partnering with all project managers & engineers for capex voucher/proposal preparations and monitoring all detailed capex spending project by project and to provide reporting to the Directors, Vice President and Project Managers.
Review and analyze all standard costs vs actuals, and if required, to changes the standard cost based on that analysis and review.
Working closely with Finance Senior Manager for monthly closing to makes sure the process is going smooth as well for the year-end close.
Provide analysis of Manufacturing costs (Utilities/Energy, production, R&M costs) and distribute the information to related HoDs.
Evaluate (to discover the vulnerabilities and sources of loss) & improve all the Internal Control Procedure.
Investigation of irregularities & any potential of frauds.
Liaise with all external & internal Auditors, tax & customs Office, Consultants, Insurance brokers, other related parties (Interco).
Manage her/his team members to improve their skills, knowledge, mentality in order to provide better services to the internal customers.
Monitor compliance of bookings and encourage staff to improve standard text of SAP in order to improve transparency.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance/Accountancy, preferred with Management Accounting relevant certificate (e.g. CMA, CIMA, CPMA).
Minimum 10 years-experience in accounting/management accounting, preferable from manufacturing.
Strong background in SAP FICO, cost principles/cost allocation principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
Exceptional communication & leadership skills.
