What will you do:

Managing day to day activity at Control Tower Department starting from organizing, planning, and monitoring team to ensure optimized interaction between company and clients. Developing and implementing strategies useful in improving customer’s relationships, dedication, and satisfaction. Coordinate and liaise with multi-stakeholders (clients, customer, and internal division) in the facility to ensure smooth operation. Handling clients complaints, analyzing problems & providing solutions. Doing daily & monthly report

What are the requirements:

Candidates must possess at least Diploma 3 in any field Having related experience at least 2 years Having great skills in Excel & Data Having great communication skill, leadership, analytical thinking and problem solving Placement: Solo, Central Java
