Control & Payment Analyst - Temporary Surabaya

So, wherever you join us, you'll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly different directions.We are looking for a Control & Payment Analyst who will be based in Surabaya.HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?- Performing the execution of specific key controls on a daily and ad hoc basis in the Accounts Payable process, in accordance with relevant procedures and SOX controls- Following up on errors and communicating findings to Accounts Payable teams- Preparing in accordance with legal and company requirements payments proposal running and checking all related reports, reviewing them and researching payment related issues or errors- Executing payments according to payment calendar maintaining current knowledge of P&P, requirements concerning VAT, other tax regulations dictated by statutory requirements of serviced affiliates- Maintaining close cooperation with GL and Tax Departments to ensure qualified monitoring of correctness for entries performed by Accounts Payable team- Cooperating closely with Vendor Master Data, Accounts Payable to ensure timely open items cleansing and with Treasury in order to ensure proper cash forecast and monitor payments execution- Maintaining clear communication and relations with affiliatesWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- Having 1-2 years experience working in Finance- Good interpersonal and communication skills- Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision- Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data- Able to operate Computer literacy (Ms. Office) especially Ms. Excel- Willing to be contracted for 12 months and placed in SurabayaWHAT WE OFFEROur success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
