Job Responsibilities
Advocate the education of associates about importance of safety Provide sufficient support to EHS process Lead all contractor management strategy, planning and activities to comply GY business request Plan and organize contractor monthly review, coordinate the participants to join the review and follow up the actions to close all gaps Lead the contractor management system health check, and ensure the execution of the contractor management system is effective and efficient Monitor the contract compliance situation,the requirements include but not limited to certification, qualification, insurance, legal compliance and any special requirements as agreed in the contract Responsible for all problem solving regarding contractors issues by collobration with GY team and Contractors leaders Initiate and drive the budgeting/forecast for outsourcing service Track and control the actual cost to ensure under AOP budget Lead and Collobrate with GY stakeholders and Vendors for cost saving projects by productivity improvement activities Lead the planning and execution of satisfaction survey for each contractor service and coordinate improvement actions with vendors Responsbile for the performance management of service vendor, including monitoring, assesement, improvement plan and implementation Lead yearly vendors qualification evaluation based on the daily audit result and performance result Plan and lead benchmarking study with service vendors Actively work with internal customers to develop outsourcing service improvement Propose action plan to solve complaint issues and improve outsourcing service process and procedure Check and update the contractor management playbook with updated busienss and process requirements Develop & manage for the operational of security function
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Law from reputable University At least 5 years related working experience in manufacturing environment At least 3 years management role in the industry environment Good English skills both oral and written Good computer skills in Powerpoint, Excel, and etc Good interpersonal and leadership skills Good communication skill Ability to motivate others to meet expectations or requirements Has passion on the service kind of job
