Grow the local content moderation quality team and oversee their day-to-day management;
- Continuously evaluate outcomes, propose improvements for auditing procedures, and ensure a high level of productivity and quality.
- Develop and maintain QA programs complementary to the quality system, corporate objectives and policies.
- Report, analyse, and provide insights on our quality process.
- Responsible for localising working process and strategies, solve content concerns for local users with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience, advanced degree is preferred;
- 3+ years' experience working on content quality, safety or policy in a major tech or media company;
- Experience in managing large multicultural teams with diverse skills and personalities
- Deep understanding of online safety, privacy, and expression issues;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently;
- Demonstrate good judgment, training and management skill;
- Proven track record of working with cross-functional partners, across different countries;
- Fluent in English
