**About Helo**:
Helo aims to be the go-to platform for people to find and share what's happening, discover interesting local content, and connect with diverse communities.
The Helo app features a dedicated video channel with personalized content matched to your interests and offers easy-to-use tools or templates for creators to express themselves in their own way -- including text, video, memes, and more.
Helo is available in Indonesia & Brazil.
**About Team**: Creator Operation Team is responsible for all business related to creator from end to end.
This includes creators onboarding, maintenance, education, and identifying potential creators which could be our KOL.
Creator Operation Team is also responsible for building a healthy community consisting of creators and helping them grow.
**Responsibilities**:
1.
Responsible for Style content operation, deep dive into local industries, carry out market research and industry analysis, formulate comprehensive strategy to develop content ecosystems.
2.
Responsible for events organizing, planning corresponding projects according to industry trends and festivals and coordinating the implementation with different teams.
3.
Build great showcase events and large-scale IP activities, continuously excavate trending topics in the industry, have deep insights into Style industries.
4.
Explore potential growth points of vertical content through data analysis and content trends, work with cross-teams to promote sustainable development of content ecology.
1.
Bachelor's Degree, minimum 5+ years of experience in the Style industry, or experience of community/content operations.
2.
Fluent in English, have outstanding communication skills and cross-team cooperation skills.
3.
Have a deep understanding of the local Style market, have deep insights into vertical users and culture, experience in vertical event planning is preferred.
4.
Outstanding skills in deep and systematic thinking, as well as business logic and result-oriented thinking.
Be serious and responsible at work, and keep strong ownership in the business.
