Role Purpose You will own Miniletics' storytelling engine end-to-end—from the initial idea to the content hitting the feed.
Your copy, storyboards, and short-form edits will translate our brand values into engaging content that audiences watch, share, and act upon.
Candidate must be comfortable appearing on camera with full hair visible when modeling our activewear.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning : Build a 3-month rolling content calendar aligned with campaign, product, and community goals.
Concept & Copy : Develop social-first narratives, hooks, and captions in Bahasa Indonesia (with concise English when needed).
Craft scripts and shot lists for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Storyboard & Production Guidance : Translate ideas into visual storyboards for designers and videographers; direct on-set or remote shoots to ensure brand consistency.
Editing : Produce and polish short-form videos using CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro; add motion graphics, captions, and sound; host, voice-over, or appear in content segments as needed.
Performance Tracking : Report weekly on KPI movement; iterate based on insights and trends; collaborate with marketing, product, and community teams to incorporate feedback.
Must-Have Qualifications At least 1 year creating social content for a brand, media outlet, or agency.
Proven portfolio: include at least three copywriting samples and two short-form videos you wrote or edited.
Hands-on editing experience in CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts analytics.
Strong verbal & written communication skills; comfortable presenting ideas.
Confident on camera (hosting, interviewing, demoing).
Cultural fit: loyalty, humility, growth mindset, and a 'finish what you start' mentality.
Nice-to-Have Experience growing a TikTok or Instagram account past 10k followers.
Background in fitness, wellness, or fashion storytelling.
Basic motion graphics or After Effects skills.
