Position Job Scope including, but not limited to:

Content & Brand Development

Creating content and repurposing content across platforms and social media channels to build brand familiarity and generate demand. Engaging in brand awareness, and audience growth through the creation of top-of the funnel brand marketing strategies.

Plan
Optimize content on Sayurbox offline and online assets to maximize search. Create a social media content and strategy Collaborating with designers, and relevant stakeholders to produce content that advances the brand Strategizing and executing advertising campaigns Working with Sayurbox research and strategy teams, develop target audience profiles and content strategy based on analytical research. Coordinate with key stakeholders to set brand frameworks and work to ensure consistency across all external platforms.
Execute
Develop a cross platform, multi-channel content strategy & own the delivery of the annual calendar. Responsible for executing an integrated digital brand strategy Build brand guidelines and documentation for product launch readiness. Managing the content and direction social media calendar and posts. Responsible for executing SEM campaigns Plan and execute multimedia content across video, email, blog, whitepaper & social formats. Direct internal design & content team on creative briefs Manage the relationship and delivery of third party PR & Copywriting partners
Analyze
Strong ability to track and measure the effect of content campaigns-bounce rates, sessions, click through rates, etc. Develop and report on key social media metrics regularly (impressions, conversions, reach, engagement, followers) Alter content strategy based on metrics
Key requirements:

You should have significant experience in building strong and recognizable brands, developing launch campaigns and briefing creative content. Whilst leading projects from briefing to completion,.
Experience developing coherent multi-channel brand strategies & leading the delivery of them in a growing environment. Strong written communication skills. Able to quickly build internal relationships with multiple departments. Ability to write clear and well-thought creative briefs Day to day management of internal and external creative partners Good understanding of the online advertising landscape and key competitors’ strengths and weaknesses. Experience working with agencies & consultants on the development of creative content. Knowledge of how to develop content to optimize SEO preferred. Proven ability to develop strategy AND execute day-to-day tactics. Comfort with change in a fast-paced startup environment. Prior team management experience beneficial.
The right person for this role will have experience with both online and offline marketing, making data-driven decisions and influencing others.

Qualification Requirements:
Able to think strategically as well as be a hands-on creative, able to come up with award-winning work and to execute it. Must have an online portfolio of work that showcases big ideas and smart creative ads that drive results Multiple examples of high performing, creative email campaigns 4+ years of experience working in an agency or in-house agency Mindset: Candidate should thrive on and feel fulfilled by ideas that effectively grow a business Exceptional command of the language, a concept-driven wordsmith (Bonus for those that know how to use Photoshop or editing tools) A keen understanding of the needs, motivations and aspirations of your audiences, so that you can speak to them in the most effective, compelling, engaging way possible Thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment Energy, a sense of humor, and an open & curious mind (yes, these things really do matter)
