Consultant For Training Facilitator

SHARE stand for strengthening Primary Health Care, where we work to empower community and primary health care to function in their capacity.
One of the major activities is to train cadres with newly developed module during March-July 2021, which needs teams of facilitator that can facilitate, oversee and evaluate trainings. Preferably they who are experienced in training community, with various creativities and ideas.
To facilitate 7 batch of training.
To give input on module.
Consultant team will train 6 bacth of training (consist of 3 class each) for 4 days everytime.
Write Training report
Join module review meeting 2 times.
Consultant team will be assigned in Bogor.
JHPIEGO SPM will liaise with the consultants on a day to day basis to provide needed support throughout the period.
Provide all the financial and logistic requirements – consultancy fees will be negotiated according to level of expertise.
JHPIEGO will also ensure that the HFs managements provide the required support to the consultants

The Consultant will be supervised by Senior Program Manager
