He/she should be a proactive communicator, a change agent, and someone who can successfully balance client needs with their business objectives to create integrated solutions based on Dunamis's solutions.

Bachelor (S1) degree
- Have relevant HR experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn quickly
- Strong research and analytical skills
