Persyaratan
Hold Bachelor's degree.
Business level English.
Has 5 years experience in Construction Management.
Able to use CAD (Store layout).
Able to draw 3D perspective.
Experience in Restaurant industry or has experience as Construction Management to make new shop/restaurant in Mall.
Have work experience in Design Consultant and Electrical Supplier company.

Construction management of new store.
Choose supplier (Electric/Gus/Water supply/Equipment at restaurant).
Reporting to Japan Head Office.
Attend a meeting and communicate with supplier (will travel with company's car).
Explain progress and status.
Understand policy.
Maintenance work.
Other related tasks as assigned.
