Job Title Construction Manager Job Description Summary About the Role: Monitoring the execution of work at site to ensure alignment with drawings and specifications.
Ensuring workability and adherence to standards in work statements/methodologies submitted by contractors for each item of work and ensuring alignment at site.
Responsible for all site work-related documentation for the assigned items of work.
Anticipating and flagging imminent bottlenecks.
Taking steps to avoid delays.
Providing necessary reports of critical and super-critical activities to the client.
Advising contractors on enhancing resource productivity by implementing various work study techniques.
Monitoring procurement of materials, equipment, and labor by contractors concerning the time schedule and advising suitable measures for improvement.
Assisting QA/QC in ensuring all quality parameters are met.
Supporting the safety team in implementing safety standards at the site; providing support for job safety analysis.
Escalating to the project manager about all abnormal developments regarding progress, safety, quality, resources, etc.
About You: 10 years of experience in construction management or relevant fields.
Completed at least 1-2 commercial projects end-to-end during your tenure.
Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works.
Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
Outstanding attention to detail and observation abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
