**Main Function**

Monitor the risks that may arise to the company, ensure that the company's business activities are within the corridors of the applicable laws and regulations, coordinate and report to regulators, and lead, direct, and carry out the supervisory function for Sr.
Compliance Associate and Compliance Associates to work together to achieve organizational goals.
1.
Responsible for monitoring and preparing for mitigation of all compliance aspects of company activities including.
2.
Analyze the results of the company's internal policy assessment.
3.
Assist and participate in responsibility for company documents related to compliance.
4.
Always ensure the enactment of new regulations that have an impact on the company.
5.
Educate company employees on new policies or regulations that have an impact on the company.
6.
Responsible for the implementation of the APU PPT program in the running company.
7.
Cooperate with relevant departments to ensure that compliance risks have been identified.
8.
Provide recommendations on things that still need to be improved, especially in the aspect of compliance that is applied to the company's internal policies.
9.
Conducting an inventory of documents related to company compliance.
10.
Become a company representative in meetings with regulators, side by side with the Manager or Division Head (if needed).
11.
Act as an escalation point for issues handled by the team which may be handled/coordinated/supervised by the Manager.
12.
Supervise team members so that they run in accordance with applicable performance standards and report team performance to the Manager.
**Job Requirements**:

- Have a minimum of 7 years working experience in compliance or risk management or law.
- Having work experience in the financial industry is a plus.
- Have good communication skills.
- Have knowledge and understanding of applicable government regulations.
- Able to take initiative, solve problems, receive instructions and seek guidance when needed.
- Have good attention to detail and analysis.
- Have good legal knowledge, about all applicable laws, rules and government regulations.
- Have the ability to work and develop tasks independently, self-start and take a proactive approach to work.
