About the Role
Fighting against corruption is not a task solely for the Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi or other governmental institutions; it's our job as the Continuity Risk and Integrity team to ensure Gojek's ecosystem is free from it, as well. As our Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing Gojek’s Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Program (ABAC for short), as well as enhancing and monitoring our anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) policies and procedures. On a daily basis, you'll provide ABC compliance advice to relevant stakeholders, work with business teams to complete routine ABC risk assessments and bolster the ABC control framework, and consistently oversee the key ABC controls across the company to ensure the system is operating in compliance with stipulated ABC policies.
What You Will Do
Identify ABAC compliance requirements for the company
Complete the ABAC risk assessment in Gojek
Align the existing Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) policies, including updating the relevant policies where required
Act as point of contact for internal stakeholders in relation to ABC queries
Ensure the proper implementation of Gojek's ABC strategy, policy and standards, controls, systems, and policies
Monitor and test ABC compliance in Gojek
Liaise with all stakeholders in the Business and Compliance teams to ensure their full engagement and understanding with stipulated ABC policies and procedures
What You Will Need
At least 5 years of anti-bribery & corruption experience; postgraduate in relevant field is a major plus!
An understanding of relevant anti-bribery & corruption legislation and guidance
Strong analytical skills to assess compliance conditions and to support relevant decisions with sound reasoning
Strong interpersonal communications skills (written & verbal) to clearly articulate business and regulatory implications and analytical findings to compliance colleagues and business heads
Great time management abilities to work within tight deadlines and fluctuating pressure
A "team player" mindset with an open communication style

Our Continuity Risk & Integrity (CRI) team, part of the larger Risk stream, is a team of 30 people based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Our objective is to ensure a safe and trusted platform that our users can trust, rely on, and love to come back to. To manifest this objective, we're in charge of mitigating the risk of loss resulting from inadequate or failed processes, people, and external events. We combine a strong propensity for analytics with on-the-ground street smarts. A typical day in the life as part of our CRI team is never boring. Rescuing flood victims, investigating complex fraud syndicates, and bringing humanitarian aid to disaster-affected areas are just a few things that we've done in the past.
Our team is made up of an eclectic mix of personalities and professional backgrounds (ranging from seasoned intelligence professionals to law enforcement specialists to statisticians and coders. Diversity is one thing that we do not lack!). As a team, we're concerned not only with the growth of the company, but each other's personal growth and well-being, too.
