** Your Role **:This person will lead, collaborate with and support the HR Community across the country in the delivery of compensation and benefits services whilst ensuring consistency with global policies and projects.
He/She will also represent Indonesia within the Regional Compensation and Benefits community.
** Your Responsibilities**:
- To collaborate with the business to fully understand requirements and challenges, then design and implement a compensation & benefits road map to deliver agreed key performance indicators
- To oversee the company salary and benefit structure as well as lead competitive market research to establish pay practices and systems for effectiveness
- To ensure that solutions are compliant to existing governmental and labor requirements; protect the interest of employees and the organisation in accordance with HR policies and government legislations
- To oversee all administration activities relating to assignees - from remuneration overview (including benefits) to issuing of contracts to updating of systems and liaising with relevant stakeholders where assignees are based and act as the key contact for the management and administration of assignee benefits -car allowance, pension.
- To measure and communicate the performance of compensation & benefits solutions and services within the country.
- Managing & responsible for Indonesia payroll.
- Variable pay plans/ Pay for performance -Formulation, design and calculation
- Statutory payroll compliances.
- Strategising, leading and managing all projects related to employee.
- Advising business and HR leaders on the matters related to compensation & benefits along with its impact-on employees &organization.
- Performance management & budgeting.
- Conducting market analysis along with comparison of internal relatives.
- Vendor management
- Supporting regional HR business partners with advise, data on compensation & benefits matters
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- Participated in remuneration survey and data management to support compensation & benefits policy
- Experience in employee relation
- Well updated with Indonesia manpower law/regulation
- Working experience using HRIS
- Able to converse in both Bahasa Indonesia and English fluently
- Min 3 years experience in related field
