Compensation & Benefits Manager

Develop programs that will contribute to improving work performance, engagement, and satisfaction of the company's employees.
Prepares and communicates information to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures

Establishes and maintains relationships with provider companies in order to stay up to date on policies and offer employees the best possible options

Ensures compliance with all labor and benefits laws and stays current on regulatory changes.
Conducting market research to determine competitive salary and benefits packages

Analyzing job duties and responsibilities by collaborating with managers to determine appropriate pay and benefits for each job position

Participating and leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
Minimum 7 years of working experience in payroll, compensation, and reward field with minimum 3 years as a compensation and benefits manager.
Strong analytical and planning skills

Great communication skills with strong English command in both written and verbal

Requires flexibility in terms of dealing with different types of employees

Will be placement in Jabodetabek area.
