Responsible in handling end to end HRIS Improvement & development
Working together with IT team, Business Development Unit
Understand user's HRIS needs, consolidate, arrange & ensure together IT team on the fulfillment of the needs
Main PIC of HRIS trouble shooting and provide solution for any HRIS related problem
Provide data/dashboard & other HRIS related services required by the users according to the timeline & SLA defined
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Experience on Using HRIS
Bachelor degree from Accounting, Management or any field related
Have good knowledge of individual Income tax in Indonesia
Familiarity with BPJS Regulatory dan labor laws
Numeric sensitive and detail minded
Skilful in using Microsoft Excel program is a must!
Have good communication skill
