Community Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
Manage the community (Telegram & Discord) consumer acquisition funnel: acquisitions and retention

Build community relationships and managing community groups

Work closely with the Marketing team to produce new ideas for creative campaigns, promotional campaigns and any other marketing communications

Build a community program to support marketing campaigns

Promote new and existing products to community groups (Telegram & Discord)

Responsible for the overall planning, content-creation and execution of events and activities

**Requirements**:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field

Have experience with building and managing crypto & NFT communities

Have solid experience with Discord & Telegram

Possess a good understanding of community KPIs

Have experience with digital and in-person event planning is a plus

Have great interpersonal and problem-solving skills
