**Job Description**:

- Build a relationship with the community (Mitra)
- Develop and organize local gatherings
- Planning daily activities and content to engage with the community
- Be the front lines of the company, to hear insight and feedback from the community
- Provide regular report and analysis on the activities
- Working closely with AE and TL team to serve Mitra

**Qualifications**:

- Placement for Lampung area
- Bachelor degree, preferably in agriculture
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Avid social media user
- Having experience in building or being involved in community is a plus
- Willing to travel within Jawa Barat Bagian Barat dan Timur
- Able to speak in local language
