Community Manager - Cpd Indonesia

Scope of work: Influencer relationship as the key KPI to manage goodwill within influencer space.

- Bulding micro to tier 1 with ongoing engagement & nurturing through agreed group frame
- Bringing new trends of influencers on the table and build guide to execute it
- Seedings & PR like events to drive brand visibility towards the space
- Guidelines development on KOL campaign execution
- Drive & Nurture KOL Agency for a better delivery and beauty excellence execution

Requirements:
- Min Holds Bachelor degree in any major, priority for those who have background related to communications, and PR
- min 3-5 years of relevant working experience in digital / print & electronic media agency
- great communication skills, both written and verbal
- strong ability to build relationships (with internal & external stakeholders)
- has experience managing KOL's from end to end (selection, contacting, building relationship, etc.)
- has existing network with KOL's, having KOL's within direct circle of friends is advantageous
- strong public speaking and presentation skills
- proficient in Microsoft office, especially usage of Excel for number crunching/ analysis
- has experience mobilizing big team that is not direct report/ strong project management
