Community Engagement (Bandung Area)

Job Descriptions :
Serve as the key of Chilibeli representative to engage the Chilibeli mitra community
Establish communication strategy between mitra and Chilibeli
Develop and execute Chilibeli's mitra engagement program online and offline
Handle Chilibeli's mitra staging and complaint management
Create engagement content and campaign through social media
Coordinate with related division to ensure mitra needs fulfilled
Provide guidance and support for all Chilibeli's mitra
Prepare monthly report

Requirements :
Diploma / Bachelor degree from any field
Min. 1 year as Community Officer, Community Engagement, Account Manager, Tele-sales or Sales
Passionate to serve people and community
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Good relationship management and correspondence skills
Innovative, self motivated and able to work independently in fast paced-environment
Ability to deliver data and presentations
