About the Commercial Manager Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, you will play a key role in the sales team's continued development and success in the Indonesia office.
Key Responsibilities:
To lead, direct sales and business development activities through various distribution channels and strategic implementations to maximise revenue and market share
To create demand in the region by creating promotions and activations in accordance to the market situation
To translate the consumer behaviour, market insight, field situation, and market trend to the Head office in order to refine the overall regional strategy
To succeed in this Commercial Manager role, you will need to have exceptional strategic and analytical thinking, as well as business management, business development, presentation and negotiation skills.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of seven years' experience managing similar industry, or automotive and heavy industry and distribution channel management
Heavy influencing skills to work together with teams across multiple cities direct and indirectly
Result driven, fast-pace, high initiative skills while able to work and multitask under pressure
Knowledge of heavy industry and knowledge of region is a plus
Strong written and communication skills, fluent in English
