Commercial Legal Manager (Karawaci)

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Brief: We're looking for a person who will be incharge as Legal for make and review the document based on standard sales and cooperate with the Bank.

Job Responsibilities:

Create and review document in connection with the sales and the bank to ensure compliance with applicable standards

Resolve issues which connection to the company's legal to minimize losses

Storage and document control land (Girik, Sertifikasi induk & pecah, PBB) to ensure valuable documents are stored safely, correctly and right place.

Monitoring land documents that will be due.

Monitoring of the documents so that the land settlement process can be completed properly on time.

Preparing, checking and applying PBB payment to ensure the payment of all land assets and units available land have already paid its PBB.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor or Master Degree from Law/ Legal major

Have 5 years of working experience in related fields

Familiar with AJB Procedure

Good communication skills, detail oriented, has leadership and interpersonal skills
