Commercial & Data Analyst Associate Manager

Commercial and Data Analyst Associate Manager at AZ Indonesia will be responsible for complex analyses/ projects involving Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives.

Accountabilities will include:
• Implements and maintains a variety of administrative functions in support of the sales force, such as territory alignment, sales system management, Veeva CRM management, S&T alignment, and sales target setting process.
• Analyse sales force execution data and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
• Design and develops an effective and efficient SFE process to improve SFE productivity.
• Respond to inquiries from sales leaders.
• Develops analyses to measure the trends, efficiencies, and effectiveness of sales resource allocation and utilization.
• Coordinates the implementation of approved sales incentive programs
