Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with proven track of managing projects / management / consulting experience

At least 3 years’ experience at equivalent position or senior process improvement / Business Optimization

Outstanding skill on Microsoft Excel

Experienced in using SQL & Power BI will be advantages

Strong analytical and planning skills;

Good communication and presentation skills;

Excellent problem-solving skills;

Job Description

Drive changes towards improved collection process in Risk Department/Function

Lead projects with reasonable time and quality

Manage process improvement by evaluating process and actively suggest as well as drive opportunities for improvement such as cost savings or performance improvement, in specific cases different indicators (NPS/complaints, etc)

Lead change management meetings, handle the change management board, follow-upon stuck changes
