**Job Descriptions**:
Management of collections at all stages (past due bucket and recovery write off bucket), coordination and control of team network (operators,
collectors, lawyers partner), performance management KPI & Targets, staff and manage collection system development.
Will monitor quality of calling and field collection performance as a whole, from productivity, real cash performances, basic understanding on call centre parameters
Will develop collection as a strong team and support to make sure reasonable collection so that the quality can be improved
Leading and managing a team which is heavily involved in strategy & analytics : Quality;Training;Desk.
Introduce and evolve effective reporting and assessment tools to minimize risk and proactively identify problems areas and customers.
Ensure all the collection workflow process runs well based on SOP to achieve the target
Can maintain the confidentiality of the company
**Requirements**:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Fintech or Banking industry, especially collection for non collateral financing
Able to manage a team
Ideally someone who has core skills in data (is a plus), people management, and process oriented
Strong knowledge in collection strategy, system monitoring, productivity, and automation
Great interpersonal and leadership skills
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Able to work under pressure
Outstanding knowledge and experience in strategy and analytics will be a plus
Strong in collection non collateral and experience in collection Fintech Business
Understanding with law knowledge (is a plus)
Has good network with third party collection both telecollection and field collection
