Observe, measure and record needed aspects of the coffee (color, moisture content, green coffee odor, sample roasting details/observations, and other information required).
- Controlling the coffee quality both in laboratory and coffee processing sites.
- Prepare samples for cupping (hulling, roasting, weighing, grinding, etc.)
on a daily basis.
- Prepare cupping reports to related departments.
- Having a Q. grade certificate.
- Minimum of three years' experience and above in coffee quality control.
- Ability to plan, coordinate and monitor quality control operations.
- Written and oral communication skill is mandatory.
