We are looking for "COE Kretek Engineer" who will be based in Pasuruan. YOUR 'DAY TO DAY' -Main responsibility: - Identify opportunities to improve products and processes, both quality and cost competitiveness. - Perform exploration study in elaborating several options of processes and machineries. - Lead validation, including commissioning, qualification and verification of new machineries and processes. - Coordinate implementation of new initiatives and conducting post implementation monitoring/ evaluation. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? - Have Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Sciences - Have at least 3 years' experience in Engineering or Manufacturing (SPP or Primary Processing or Secondary Processing) - Fluent in English - Active and creative with excellence analytical thinking - Agile and able to work well under pressure - Having solid knowledge of cigarette manufacturing is preferred WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
