DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Support Cody (Coway Lady) in developing service quantity and quality at HQ and branches
Create and support the step needed relating to service setting on the channel used
Preparing time plan related planning, implementation, and evaluation related service performance
Branch monitoring and visit periodically
Branch service number
Cody commission, benefit and claim monitoring
Monitoring Cody Manager control branch finance administration
The commission, staff benefit, and claim evaluation
Create SOP & KPI evaluation
Cooperate with other division to support branch improvement related maintenance service, membership and collection knowledge, work attitude, creativity, and employee satisfaction

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor degree
Deep understanding at end to end service maintenance process and analysis
Customer Service, Sales Plan, and Strategies
Minimum 5 years experiences in Customer Service Analysis, Sales Analysis or Data Analyst
Preferable with minimum 3 Years work experience in managerial level too
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot, function IF, V look UP, H look UP, Index, SUMIFs, etc)
Strong research and data analysis skills.
