**What you'll do**:
As a Client Solutions Manager (Enterprise), you will manage relationships with clients, including executing client objectives, and serving as a trusted advisor, and consultant.
You will be able to implement the project strategy, provide insights on client-to-business interactions, and to solve any technical issue in the onboarding stage.
You will need to analyze the client's performance data to build a case for the possibility of renewal, upsell, or cross sell opportunity.
The Client Solutions Manager is a nimble team player who is comfortable managing multiple clients and projects concurrently.
**What your typical day looks like**:

- Create the strategy, direction, and policies/procedures which directly impacts our client's journey, experience, renewals, and to reduce churn.
- Support customer communication and education including a best-in-class onboarding experience.
- As the knowledge center of our company's products, you will provide support to our new client and provide technical product training to them.
- Create documentation of tutorials for our users and implement the most efficient method of ensuring our users will get the best user experience from our platform.
- Build a good relationship to drive the upselling and cross-selling service to the client.
- Create any strategy for an ad hoc pilot plan project for a new product/new service/new app for the client need before the project officially onboard
- Partnering with all the internal team (Operations, Tech, Marketing, Learning, etc) to acquire/develop accounts and troubleshoot issues flagged by assigned clients

**What will you need?
**
- Possess 3-4 years of experience in client facing role
- Excellent communicator and can work well with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong ability to adapt, can handle ambiguities within a startup environment.
- Strong interest in the technology industry, in particular in personal data protection and digital identity.
- Have a growth mindset - willing to try something new and different to get things done.
- You come with solid understanding of Education Technology Operations area will be much preferred
- Edtech excites you and your background in the higher education ecosystem makes you able to connect better with our customers, understand their needs and give them the best journey possible.
