Filled with flexible and young teams that can fill each gaps and very versatile with their works, currently we're a team of 21 that helped each other through lots of ordeals to grow into one of the biggest tech enabler in Southeast Asia.**What You Will Do**- Onboard new clients- End-to-end responsibility for client performance growth with focus on meeting clients' and Jagel's targets.- Conduct cross/up selling to the clients and convert passive customers into active ones- Assist clients for any issues related with process, products, etc- Develop long-lasting relationships with clients to enable Jagel's growth- Leverage analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new opportunities to grow Jagel's business**What You Will Need**- Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership and event management both offline and online- A can do mentality- Good communication skills- Wide contact with external in event industry (Vendors, Tenant, etc)- Strong organizational skills.- Project management experience.- Attention to detail.- Multi-tasker with a strong work ethic.
