Make sure studio cleanliness.
Make sure the studio is in proper condition, this means the floor, mirror, tools, furniture, locker are clean before every class started, for any issue related to hygiene and cleanliness Customer Service will coordinate with Cleaning Services staff and report to Studio Manager
- Build relationships and provide the best service
- Handle member complaints
- Manage Member Database and Instructor Database with 100% accurate, complete and easy to find.
- Manage and record properly stock items, merchandise, welcome packages.
- Keeping tools and equipment in the proper place and easy to find.
- Daily Report
- Daily coordinated with the Account and Finance Department for daily reports in the Studio
- Support Studio Manager at daily basis
- Update at daily, weekly basis any merchandise that need to be purchase and inform Studio Manager and Head Office
- Perform Daily report, weekly report and monthly report as requested by the Head Office.
**Requirements**:

- Min SMA/SMK
- Min 21 years old
- Min 1 year working experience as sales / marketing / customer care / customer service / client relations, fresh graduates are welcome
- Having the ability to speak English
- Have responsibility, initiative, and empathy
- Have good communication, familiar with Ms Office / Google Docs/ Google Sheet
- Placement: PIK - Jakarta Utara
