**Job Descriptions**:
- Create design concepts for building renovation (existing building, commercial and residential building).
- Create detailed drawings of related designs.
- Create RAB and BQ from related designs.
- Periodically supervise the implementation of construction.
- Assisting the marketing team in preparing layout drawings and 3D illustrations.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Architect Major.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in consultant/developer.
- Mastering 2D and 3D software (AutoCAD, Sketchup), rendering software (Vray/Lumion, visual software (Photoshop/Illustrator).
- Computer literate (MS Office).
- Able to make BQ & RAB.
- Creative and have a good design sense.
- Willing to be placed in Mall Mangga Dua Area, Jakarta Utara.
